I would like to say a big big thank you to the staff, in particular nurses Jackie and Julie who took great care of my mum yesterday and today at the Diagnostic Treatment Centre during a particularly difficult time for her.   It really makes such a difference to the patient (and family) having staff who listen and care and make you feel less of a number.   I can't praise you highly enough, keep up the great work.
