Arrived a bit early for my first venesection nurse Cath showed me into the treatment room made me feel very much at ease. Whilst taking my details chatted away to me as though I was a long time patient which made feel relaxed.

Never felt the needle going in which was great. After your treatment nurse Cath makes sure everything is alright with you also got offered a cup of tea biscuits etc

The setup is really good as you will get the same nurse each time.
