Hi I used to have a key worker called Tina, she was a very kind person.

She was looking for a new place for me. Now she has left and i have found it hard to get used to the new worker. and worry she will be leaving next.

I used look forward for Tina coming

Thank you so much for your feedback, it is lovely to hear that you were happy working with Tina. I understand that a change in Key Worker can be challenging for our customers and sometimes these changes are beyond our control.

I do hope that you feel able to build up the excellent rapport you had with Tina with your new Key Worker.
