I phoned with an infection which needed immediate antibiotics.
I was told there were no appointments for over 3 weeks but the doctor would call me back within 2 hours.
She did so.
She made an emergency appointment and gave me a prescription that evening.
The surgery was incredibly busy and I am appreciative that she managed to prioritise. Doctors and their support teams are clearly under immense pressure, and they're doing all they can to manage it. 5 stars.

Thank you for your feedback. We have spent the last few months training all staff on a new way of working to meet the demands with a lack of staff available. I will let the team know your appreciation.
