"dissapointed."

Tried for almost an hour on the phone but could not get through so went down in person only to be told no dentist on duty until 6pm.Told this service is for severe toothache only -which is what my husband has . Coud have saved time if they had only answered the phone and told us this ,would have saved us a journey. Meanwhile my husband still has toothache and I find this innappropiate for the 21st century.
