I had an ablation procedure and from beginning to end I felt I was in very competent and safe hands, and they staff did a wonderful job - hopefully with good results. There were two things which I wanted to give you some feedback on: (1) while I was awaiting the procedure there was an argument between a nurse and a Dr which was a discussion I thought should not have taken place on the open ward (as it was unsettling for all concerned). (2) Less important, on discharge while I was given a thorough letter - I think a little more conversation on the importance immediate bedrest and the likelihood of seeing some significant bruising (and perhaps a number to call?) would have been very welcome.
Really though on the issues that mattered most I thought staff were highly professional and generously compassionate.
Thank you!
"Wonderful practice"
