"Complete Disregard for mental health"

I attended the practice as I have for years with ongoing depression, anxiety and mental health issues.

I was today told that I'm basically in my own hands and won't receive any help from my doctor asides from previous letters dated from 2018 and was told I must call these numbers as I'd missed previous appointments.

My anxiety is so severe that i struggle with meeting people I don't know, I can't be within groups of "strangers" and it's extremely distressing having to do so.

I've dealt with self harm and suicidal thoughts for almost 10 years and throughout this have spoken to multiple people, but never have i been treated with such a lack of concern to the point where after almost having a panic attack within the doctors room I got up and left just for my Doctor to say "ok" and allow me to leave.

This is utterly heart breaking as I have no one else to turn to, so when your own practice makes you feel even more alone what other options do I have?
