About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) University Hospital Wishaw / Dental

(as a service user),

I had complications following a tooth extraction resulting in quite a lot of pain. Contacted NHS 24 and after initial 15 minute wait dealt with speedily and professionally. I was put through to a dental nurse who asked me some questions and arranged for me to get a call back from the dental OOH service. I was phoned back within the expected time frame and appointed to the local service at Wishaw. I was seen there promptly and given treatment by the dentist Jennifer.  I felt my condition was dealt with professionally from the call handler through to the dentist.
