"Hit and miss"

My experience at this surgery is very hit and miss all depending on who you speak to. Most of the staff are very good but there are a few that are always very rude and unhelpful. Two receptionists have very poor customer service skills and can be very rude, also I have overheard them gossiping about patients in the mornings whilst I have been in the waiting room which is very unprofessional. When it comes to doctors I have never had a bad experience they are all very nice and helpful. If you call the surgery try and call in the afternoon as you are often met with rudeness in the mornings.
