"Great Customer Service "

I rang today to book my appointment., a member of staff has picked up the phone and she gave me fantastic service!!!!She is so friendly!!! Before we were trying to avoid call to surgery, because staff weren't enough enthusiastic to show great customer service. Today morning, the receptionist has changed my thoughts. She greeted well,even after putting me on hold,shown courtesy by saying 'sorry'. She was keeping me engage as well while checking next available dates. Her voice so friendly!!!! Thank you for great experience. Surgery should hire more people who are approachable. Half of sickness straightaway goes by happy service!!!
