I attended the hospital for a flexible sigmoidoscopy last week to investigate some rectal bleeding issues I had been having. For what I expected was going to be a very nerve-wracking procedure I honestly cannot praise the nursing staff and Ms Stevenson enough for the kind, sensitive and reassuring treatment I received. From meeting Michelle in 301 who admitted me and Susan who confirmed my pre-assessment paperwork and led me to the endoscopy suite. The 2 nurses within the unit whose names I didn't catch (apologies) also did a stellar job at putting at ease and making me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure. Ms Stevenson was very professional, reassuring and approachable throughout and I would just like to express my gratitude for everyone involved in making the whole experience go so smoothly for me. Thank you so much.
"Lovely endoscopy unit staff"
