"Excellent service"

My 90 year old mum was taken by ambulance to the A & E after a fall, she was immediately assessed and checked over and sent for tests and X Rays, she was transferred to a comfortable bed on a ward within two hours and given every assistance when needed by caring staff who had a good understanding of the elderly and also of a patient with early onset Dementia, she was kept in for 3 days and a social care plan was put into place for her discharge, very efficient, caring and competent.
