"Care at Charing Cross Hospital"

Partner treated for kidney cancer.   From diagnosis, through preparatory scans, admission and operation, we met with delightful, fun, competent professional staff.   Their dedication and cheerfulness amongst such difficult conditions and challenging patients was impressive and inspirational.   Waiting for callbacks between appts was not so rewarding - I think people need to be careful about making promises they can't fulfil: we'd rather have waited a day or two for contact, than been promised  a call that never came.   But those details fade and the exemplary, attentive  aftercare from nurses such as Alex reassured myself and my partner no end.
