"TV noise"

I accompanied my wife for an eye check-up this morning. The service was excellent. My complaint was the noise coming from the TV set. The sub-titles were on and yet the sound volume was also on which was extremely aggravating. A visit a few weeks ago to the Macular eye area had annoying music playing. I am sure most people would prefer peace and quiet when waiting to be seen.

Thank you for sharing this feedback following your recent visits with your wife to our Eye Clinic. We are pleased that you found the clinical service there to be excellent but that your experience was marred by the TV / music volume. We have passed on your comments regarding this to the department manager to see if this can be addressed.
