About: Dr Jj McPeakes Practice

This is an excellent surgery to be with as we have received top-notch care from them.

The doctors, nurses, secretary and receptionists are great except for one receptionist who clearly needs to go back to training school to correct her terrible telephone manners. Her manners over the phone are appalling, she cuts you short while talking and makes it look like you are disturbing the surgery by calling in. This receptionist has zero empathy and this does not reflect well on the surgery.

If my family and I have not received great care from other members of staff in this surgery, we would have moved long ago however, this is a great surgery.
