"Wonderful service all round "

I attended outpatients ENT for a follow-up appointment which unexpectedly found me being booked in for surgery.

The staff working in the department from the HCA to the specialist nurse and bed manager all treated me with the utmost kindness and consideration during this time of shock and upset. They worked speedily and efficiently despite being incredibly busy with other patients. Whilst in the department I was booked in for surgery within 4 days but when I explained that this date would cause a conflict they skillfully rearranged the operation date to ensure I could get childcare etc sorted out to allow me to attend my operation.

I had my surgery completed within a week of my outpatients appointment all without a hitch and my care has been second to none.
