I was admitted with acute kidney pains and was found to have a blocked kidney and Sepsis. My care was brilliant from start to finish. Also I found the meals were really lovely this time. The hospital was very clean. I have long term Agoraphobia and also mild Social phobia and was very scared to go into hospital but was made to feel very comfortable. Every step of my care and operation were explained and certain problems I had were taken into consideration and accommodated and I am so thankful to everyone for saving me and so are my children. I have to go back after Christmas but this time I'm not so scared and looking forward to being repaired in another operation and fully back on my feet again. Everyone at Russells Hall deserves a medal a hug and a pay raise.
"Brilliant hospital, wonderful staff."
