About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32)

(as a relative),

My mum was in another ward where the nurses told everyone they would be back in 5 mins and disappeared rest of the shift!

She is 80 and got moved to ward 32 was like night and day. All the staff there are amazing and treat all their patients like a princess

Can't thank this dedicated team enough. 

Karen is absolutely amazing the sore my mum had for 5 days and asked numerous staff in other ward for cream and a  dressing and got ignored! was only in ward 32 and within mins a dressing was on. Karen explained everything to my mum, what was happening what a brilliant lady she really is  and all her amazing staff. Xx
