I work in emergency services whilst on a job I took a very bad asthma attack luckily for me there was an out of hours doctor from Lanarkshire up on the scene and he quickly took over my care arranging an ambulance for me. From the minute I arrived at the queh a/e the staff where exceptional to say the least. From there I went to aru1 again I was looked after so well. I was taken up to ward 7b respiratory and from there I cannot begin to say enough about the staff. Every single member of staff I encountered were fantastic. They were friendly, reassuring and genuinely lovely people I was there for 5 days and from start to finish they made my stay something I will never forget or cannot speak highly enough of them. Every nurse, auxiliary and even those who came to take lunch and dinner orders were truly brilliant ... not enough thanks are given to these NHS staff they are a total credit to the NHS name .. thank you again to everyone at queh but especially to the fantastic team who run ward 7b.
