I had knee arthroscopic surgery yesterday. From my first consultation where I was treated with respect and all options explained.

The consultants secretary was helpful. The pre admission nurse, my arrival at hospital was welcoming and professional. The chat with Consultant the examination with anaesthetist was very helpful and all my questions answer. The theatre team were all very kind and watchful. Back in the room all the nursing team were professional but friendly kind.The service team made sure I had all I needed.

I had been so very nervous before my surgery and everyone went the extra mile. I have not got the words to hank you all.
