Lovely doctors. My GP is wonderful and I feel very privileged. The receptionists have improved loads recently.
My only problem was that I spoke to someone quite brash about an ECG recently. She got confused between an ECG and a Blood Pressure Monitor and she was offended when I asked for clarification on what she was booking me in for.
Also the hold message on the phone is rather patronising. It has become a Truro wide joke!
