I brought one of my clients to access emergency dental treatment today and we had a really positive experience. Neither of us had used this service before and the reception staff helpfully explained what would happen and helped us book in. As English is not her first language they helped her access an interpreter so she could be fully informed about her treatment. She was nervous about seeing the dentist but all of the staff were really kind, friendly and professional which put her at ease, and she was given good aftercare advice. Thank you for providing such a good service!
