"Excellent practice and exceed expectations "

I was seen in A&E for a cut which would not stop bleeding. I was unsure if I should visit A&E but live remotely and felt anxious about going home. I was seen within 40 minutes. The nurse and technician who I saw in A&E between 7:00pm and 7:30pm were kind, reassuring, professional and put me at ease and also attended my cut. I was grateful they saw me so quickly. After seeing them it was apparent it was not necessary to be seen in A&E they did not make me feel I had wasted their time. I just want them to know how great they are.
