We have just returned from the Manor Hospital after having to stand in a long queue to pay for our car parking. Why can't these machines have been placed in the foyer of the hospital as it is ridiculous having to queue in the cold and wet weather more especially if you are not well any way, the reason why you are probably at the hospital in the first place.
