About: Community Mental Health Teams South Yorkshire Housing Association Limited / Living Well

(as a service user),

I have been in and out of hospital for the past 12 years, then 2 years ago I got the support from the Cert team and Livingwell Project.   South Yorkshire Housing Association  who gave me my flat there support in helping me settle in to my property has been invaluable since being discharged from hospital.   They have given me my independence and my life back, I feel as if I'm back now, and with their continuous support with maintaining my property and my mental health its going to be good.
