"No-one in this practice can give an injection! "

Myself and my husband have contacted the practice several times over last couple of weeks to arrange travel vaccines for our sons school trip. We're told there is no-one in the practice to give injections and that they will ring us back to tell us what to do, they never do so. Appalling service from reception staff. The actual clinical staff are fab but what use are reception staff who do not do the job they are paid for?!
