(as the patient),

When I arrived at Mount Gould care center for me appointment I was pleased to say that I wasn't waiting very long.

I was then called in by Dr Rachel Andrews, who made me feel very comfortable. She was caring and explained everything to me, suggesting that I have an MRI Scan, so I took her professional opinion and am currently waiting to hear.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the centre was clean and not too busy. Impressive.
