"Day Surgery Unit"

The worst day surgery unit I have ever experienced in my life.

Got there early morning to then be told ' we are not sure why you are here ' because they have no notes on my procedure and what needs to be done. Blaming me that I missed my appointment but I never missed my appointment the gynaecologist just didnt turn up for the appointment on that day. I was shocked and appalled by this after all the stress and pain I have been through the past few months. The nurses and Gynae were super rude and patronising.

Then seemed to magically find the notes after I got extemely annoyed and raised a concern.

After my procedure the nurses made me feel extremely unsettled and upset in the recovery unit. Saying I dont have pain when I did and making me feel upset and anxious. They were super rude and one nurse wanted to go for lunch so she rushed my medicines.

I think its extremely unprofessional and I am extememy upset by the traumatic experience. I then couldnt recover well in the ward and was in so much pain but then the Nurse basically told me to get dressed and go home whilst I couldn't even walk.

I am highly highly dissatisfied in this hospital and especially with this horrible experience where you should feel at ease not anxious and traumatised.
