Here is some feedback from my recent visit to the RCHT pre assessment clinic .

Although the unit is away from the main building I found it easy to find and a pleasant space.

Nurse Gill, in particular, was fantastic and made me feel relaxed and at ease. I also found the health advice useful and was pitched in a professional way. 

The healthcare assistant, Julie, was friendly and helpful.  

My only negative was that I felt the receptionist, lacked interpersonal skills.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of our Pre-Assessment Clinic here at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, it is wonderful to read that you found the building to be pleasant and easy to find.

It is lovely to see that you were made to feel relaxed and treated so well by Gill and Julie. Although I am writing to you from the Patient and Family Experience team, I will make sure your kind words and praise are passed onto those involved in your care.

I am sorry to read you felt that you felt the receptionist was lacking interpersonal skills, I will also ensure this is fed-back to the department.
