"Great care"

From the first consultation, through my pre-op assessment and surgery last week, I have nothing but praise for the care I received at the Mother and Children's Unit. I was treated by all staff with great kindness; the communication was excellent so I knew just what to expect; and the surgeon was approachable and instilled great confidence. Once out of recovery and on the ward, I was kept very comfortable - the proactive and effective pain management was much appreciated. Fortunately, my stay was a short one, but I feel incredibly fortunate to have this super resource available to me and my family.
