Today I tried to call twice to make an appointment for myself... I couldn't get one over the telephone, over 2 hrs time. I came to the practice to try to get one. I couldn't get it, not even one over the phone... I explained at this point, and I wanted an appointment to discuss my medication for depression, as it is not working and really need it to discuss it. I can not believe there are no appointments available for the rest of the month, as she said "nothing available during within the next weeks", really? She asked me to come back tomorrow at 8-10 am or ringing back...
What for me was rude (because it is how I felt), after explain how I feel right now next to more people around me that it could hear it, it is to say sorry, but we have nothing for you to offer and just let you down saying all people have to wait... I understand that. But I really didn't expect so insensitive person.
Just wonder why you have a poster saying "stop silence, stop suicide" really? Why promote excellent service, why promote everyone counts? When you do not practice it. So disappointed with the service you provide.
The new telephone service is to avoid talking to people? Because it is nearly impossible to get an appointment, no for the same day no for the next couple of weeks.
Just wonder what is classified as an "emergency"? And what is just leave it...
I left a review at the practice. However, I could not find where to put into... The lady behind the desk asked me to leave it over her desk; I did it, I hope she passes it to the right department and does something about not only adding it to your statistics.
