"Huge lack of compassion"

Arrived with terrible mastitis and a high fever with chills and uncontrollable shaking. Our sat nav had taken us to the wrong 'riverside clinic' so we were 10 mins late. On arrival the receptionists wanted to argue about whether there was another clinic with same name- I had to remind them that this was perhaps not the time. Wouldn't give me anywhere to lie down and couldn't sit as in I'm so much pain with chills. Ended up lying on floor of surgery waiting room wrapped in a blanket, shaking for an hour. No medical staff cared or helped. When my husband (who was very worried about me and alarmed at this) complained receptionists were giggling and seemed to think situation was funny that we were both so upset. Just an awful experience.
