"Consent to surgery"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Had appointment for 10.30 arrived at 9.30 plenty of time but at 12.30 (remember app at 10.30) after asking receptionist to call 3 times to see what was taking do long I then said I am going to pals to make official complaint. I walk to the pals office to get a call the Dr is here.

I walk back to see another doctor to go through my consent form I have already been through this with my surgeon but he takes all of 5 Mon to go through it I sign on the dotted line and leave at 14.02 with a letter for my manager explaining why I did not go back to work 2hr later I arrive at home I am dreading my surgery incase they forget me again
