(as a service user),

I have been seeing Dr Watson at neurology clinic for my migraines for the past two years. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable on the subject. He showed me empathy and explained throroughly my condition and treatment options.   I couldn't recommended him highly enough.. He has helped me tremendously.

Thanks for getting in touch with us through Care Opinion and please accept my apologies for not letting you know sooner that your story had been received and is important to us.

It’s really encouraging to know that Dr Watson has been empthaetic and understanding throughout your appointments over the last 2 years and has helped you understand your condition and treatment options well. All these things will have made a big difference to how you feel and I can understand completely why you recommend him highly. Hopefully other people will read your story and feel re-assured too.

I didn’t manage to get hold of Dr Watson myself to pass on your thanks but I spoke to another member of staff who assurred me that your story has reached him.
