Visited allergy clinic the corridor smelt of urine from the toilets . It was over powering . Do they not have cleaners in this department the whole place is dirty.

I am very sorry to hear that the allergy clinic corridor and toilets were unsanitary.
I will pass your feedback to the Estates department who manage the cleaning team and ask them to look into it.
