The doctors are wonderful but the administration of this practice is worryingly inept and uncaring. Today, and not for the first time, my prescription wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. Ordered on Monday and not ready at 1pm on Friday. It matters. It really does. I shall have to try and help the practice to focus on this issue. I’ll make a formal complaint and see what happens. Wish me luck.

Thank you for your comments and we're sorry to hear that your prescription was not turned around in a timely manner. Please do bring this up with the practice manager so that we can investigate and clarify exactly what happened in this case.
