"Letter with appointment date arrived with no map"

The patient has memory problems and was due to have a head MRI.

The date was a Saturday. I came up from Surrey to take her from Chiswick to Ealing thinking it was at Ealing Hospital.We arrived at hospital on time and told that the appointment was elsewhere.

I tried to phone the only number on the appointment and a recorded message said they were only open weekdays and had no other way to contact to advise we could not find the location.
