About: Dr Stephenson & Partners

My inhalers, I have COPD, were out of stock at pharmacy. Called receptionist to be told to tell boots send up the spine, boots couldn't as part dispensed and advised to request an alternative as stock is low in the area, receptionist advised to call in next day to collect paper one and dismissed the suggestion of an alternative, went to collect it to be told sent to boots, went to boots who advised not there. The receptionist as usual, on each occasion I contacted, was unhelpful and uncaring, unwilling to help and just said "nothing I can do" It's now Saturday and I'm breathless and have to go to walk in which is wasting NHS resources when could've been resolved much earlier this week. This isn't the first time this has happened so will now be ordering my prescription at least 2 weeks early everytime.
