"Could not fault all staff"

About: South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

I had a terrible pain in my back and I could not move my body from one side to another nor walk upright. I obviously thought it was a pain that would go away as I do suffer from back pain but no I could not go to sleep all night as the pain was increasingly unbearable. At about 5 am I had to ring NHS 111 for help and advice. From the call handler to the paramedics that came to take me to the hospital and the care I received at the hospital. I could not fault any as they could not have done anything better or differently.
