I had a phone call from the Ultrasound department the day before my appointment to explain the way i should book in and register my car to avoid a fine, great no charge for parking!

I arrived early and was quickly booked in, waiting only 10 mins for a call I had my scan and was on my way before the actual appointment time.

Well done Harold Wood Polyclinic stress free service.
