Ward 12

I am delighted with my care since I came in. The nurses are caring and lovely. The time passes better because the nurses are so nice. The doctors could be a bit more open with me. Food is okay but very plain and not a good selection.

It would be nice to get a bigger portion of food.

The ward is always being cleaned the trays and under the beds.

The hostesses are so nice even if you ask for a bigger portion the do it for you.

The people that clean out the fridge should check that food that is not out of date and should not be thrown out if they could ask the patients permission first

It would be nice to have some fruit sometimes.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your time in UHH.

Food likes are varied and we ensure that the food we provide is nutritional. Patients should always be offered a choice of a small, medium or large portion of food. I will share these comments with the catering team.

I is good to hear that you found the standard of cleaning satisfactory.
