I was shocked by the poor professional manners of staff at the centre. Once I came to the practice and was waiting for my visit in the waiting room where I could clearly hear the receptionist and her manager who were discussing the private medical history of the patient. I could hear everything in the waiting room. I am sooooo shocked by this fact that I am afraid to share details of my health issues with the doctor now.
"Patients details released."
