"Appalling way to run a department"

I was informed by one of your dermatologists in August that I had a BCC on my neck that needed to be surgical excision.I was informed that this would take place within 4 to 6 weeks,however 12 weeks on still waiting to hear,not very reassuring as my father died of skin cancer and the department are fully aware of this.BCC growing on a daily basis and in view of family history,this is very distressing for them.
