Yesterday I visited the Dermatology dept at Chorley teaching hospital. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and was treated with the greatest respect, privacy and respect by everyone from the friendly smiling reception staff to the specialist and his team. They were professional in every respect.
The specialist included the trainee nurse from the outset and everyone concerned made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They were friendly, the place was clean and even the car park was accessible and effortless.
