About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

I was recently treated for pneumonia in Monitoring and ward 19 of the RVI and would like to record not only my thanks but also my respect and admiration for all the staff there.

From consultant Doctor and his team through sister and staff to the cheerful unit who brought my meals everyone was very efficient, courteous and friendly. Clearly, everyone was constantly busy on a 24/7 basis but I felt in safe, caring hands throughout. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding your care while attending the RVI Newcastle. We are pleased that all the staff you encountered were efficient, courteous and friendly and despite being busy 24/7 you felt in safe hands throughout your care.
