Unorganised. Not managed efficiently. No appoitments availability. Doctors are not keen to look after customers. Staff are demotivated. Simply, doctors and admin staff do not want headache. They want to be left in peace. They do not like to be annoyed by your health problems.

Dear Patient,

We have introduced a new service that allows patients 16yrs and over to consult with a GP electronically. To access the service please directly from our website please click `Get Started` on our eConsult banner: www.datchetdoctor.co.uk You will receive advice and treatment by the end of the next working day. eConsult offers a great alternative if you want prompt advice and guidance or if you prefer to go online rather than phoning the surgery.

We are also actively working with our Patient Participating Group to improve patient access. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly at the practice should you wish to discuss your concerns.
