I went into the Health Centre on Thursday 7th nov 2019 told the Receptionist i had a really bad Ear Pain can i see a Dr she was not Helpful at all and phobed me off saying a Dr will call by Monday its now Thursday 14th Nov I give up on those uncaring People in that Health Centre its not the first time ive been phobed off im going to the Hospital today i have no other choice my Local Health Centre wont Help my ear feels like its on Fire and im now losing my hearing

Dear Mr Hall,

I know that Lee has already spoken to you and the matter has been resolved. But I wanted to reassure you that if ever something doesn't happen as you expect you should always bring it to our attention please as often the problem will have been caused by something no one would have thought of, like an old phone number still being on a patient record.

We also have a messaging facility on our website that sends us an email so if we don't get it right please tell us!
