About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

Greatly caring but staff admitted to not having the experience needed. Broken wrist had to be reset a month later.

It did just put fear in my soul that had I had a heart attack, I would be relying on a trainee doctor. Also, hours waiting yet the same doctor had time to make calls on his Phone from corridor.

I now have private insurance and want to use Frimley, rather than Spire Clare but neither seem to have immediate assist in a and e where/when necessary. Frightening ....

I am so sorry you did not receive the care we would expect and you had to have your wrist reset this is not usual. There is sometimes a long wait and I am not sure who the doctor was on the phone to but I do hope it was a colleague rather than a personal phone call. We do aim to give a high service so Inhope your experience will be better if you have the unfortunate need to attend again.
