"Great Diabetes Nurse "

I wanted to send this review to Grove Surgery as I don’t feel enough people take the time to say those very small words of thank you, but they will always take time to voice their upset.

In May 2019 I was referred to my diabetes nurse as I had been given a pre diabetes result from my GP. In these months following she has supported me to turn my life around and on my last blood test in June I have taken that diagnosis into remission. I have dropped 3 dress sizes and am feeling so happy, more energy, sleep so much better than I have in a long while. This lady is amazing she has been a life saver for me and I would recommend anyone with a pre diabetes, or diabetes result should go see this lady, she has been a very big part in me getting my life back and feeling happier than I have in so long. I have done the slimming clubs lost some, gained some yo-yo dieting for many years, but she has worked with me to except a change of lifestyle that is truly working for me and no words can thank this lady enough she deserves a medal. I would also like to thank my GP for sending me to her as it has truly helped me in ways you can never imagine.
