"A 5 star experience"

About: Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust

This morning I visited the hospital for tests for a suspected mini stroke. First of all a visit to the Vascular Assessment Unit for a scan on my neck. Next Radiology for a CT scan. Finally the TIA clinic for more tests and to see the consultant.

Every member of staff I met today was extremely kind, helpful and caring. This is the NHS at its very best.

I am sorry that you had to visit the Hospital with a suspected Mini Stroke, and I hope you are now well, but I am pleased that overall you had such a positive experience.

I will share your lovely feedback with the Teams involves in your care as I am sure they will be pleased to learn of this.

Best Wishes

Lisete
